Reglas de convivencia
1- No arrojar toallas sanitarias de ningún tipo, condones u otros que no sea papel hijienico en los inodoros. El baño tiene un bidé para una higiene íntima más cómoda.
2- Fumar únicamente fuera de la casa, recoger colillas y tírelas a la basura (no en el jardín o macetas).
3- Retire los restos de cenizas después de usar la barbacoa.
4- Limpie las parrillas y la plancha de la barbacoa de grasa y residuos de alimentos después de su uso con el cepillo de alambres.
5- Para el uso de la piscina, duchese antes de entrar para evitar contaminar el agua con cremas, aceites y otros productos solares. Use una toalla para cubrir la tumbona que utilice por la misma razón.
6- Los huespedes adultos son responsables de la seguridad de los niños que los acompañan en toda la finca, tanto dentro como fuera de la casa.
7- La piscina es de acceso gratuito. L'Albaida no se hace responsable de la seguridad de los huespedes que no sepamn nadar.
8- Trate con respeto a la flora y la fauna que habitan el jardín.
9- No se permiten fiestas y se requiere un cumplimiento estricto de los horarios silenciosos.
10- El horario silencioso es desde las 10:00 p.m. a las 10:00 a.m.
11- Solicite permiso para dar acceso a terceros.
12- Minimizar el consumo de energía. Apague las luces en los espacios no utilizadas. Apague todas las luces cuando salga del apartamento o vayan a dormir. Haga un uso responsable del agua caliente en la cocina y el baño.
13- Cada huésped es responsable del orden y limpieza en las áreas privadas y compartidas, recogiendo y limpiando el lugar después de su uso:
A- Cocina: limpieza y recogida de platos, utensilios, maquinaria o electrodomésticos después de su uso.
B- Baño: limpieza con tela de microfibra que elimina los desechos y la humedad en la ducha, el fregadero, el bidé y el inodoro. Uso del cepillo para el inodoro con producto de limpieza para eliminar restos de desechos.
C- Comedor y sala de estar: retire los vasos, platos, etc. para limpiar los restos de alimentos u otras marcas en los muebles.
1- Do not throw sanitary napkins of any kind, condoms or any other than toilet paper in the toilets. The bathroom has a bidet for a more comfortable intimate hygiene.
2-Smoking only outside the house, pick up cigarette butts and throw them in the trash (not into the garden or plant pots)

7- The swimming pool is of free access. L'Albaida is not responsible for the safety of guests who do not know how to swim.
8- Treat the flora and fauna that inhabit the garden with respect.
9- No parties are allowed and strict compliance with quiet schedules is required.
10- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
11- Ask for permission to give access to third parties.
12- Minimize energy consumption. Always turn off lights in unused spaces. Turn off all lights when leaving the apartment or going to sleep. Make responsible use of hot water in the kitchen and bathroom.
13- Each guest is responsible for the order and cleanliness in both private and shared areas, picking up and cleaning the place after use:
A- Kitchen: cleaning and picking up dishes, utensils, machinery or appliances after use.
B- Bathroom: cleaning with microfiber cloth removing debris and moisture in shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Use of the toilet brush with cleaning product to remove debris.
C- Dining room and living room: remove glasses, plates, etc. to clean food debris or other marks on the furniture.
